We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your child’s chest, waist, and height for the most accurate fit. Swimwear should fit snugly. If your child is between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up.
6. What materials are your swimwear made from?
We use premium, soft, and durable fabrics such as recycled polyester, nylon-spandex blends, and UPF 50+ sun-protective materials. All fabrics are chlorine-resistant and quick-drying.
7. Do your swimsuits provide sun protection?
Yes. Most styles offer UPF 50+ protection to help shield your child’s skin from harmful UV rays.
8. Are the swimsuits suitable for babies and toddlers?
Yes. We offer swim diapers, rash guards, and one-piece suits specially designed for babies and toddlers with secure, comfortable fits.
9. How should I care for the swimwear?
Rinse with fresh water after each use. Machine wash cold on gentle cycle and hang to air dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener to maintain color and elasticity.
10. Are the swimsuits true to size?
Most items run true to size. However, swimwear is designed to fit snugly. Please check the “Fit” description on each product page.
11. Do you offer matching sets for siblings?
Yes. We frequently offer cute matching swimwear sets for brothers and sisters.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
